Unfortunately, we’ve seen candidates fall at the first hurdle due to poor communication, presentation and much more – don’t let that be you!

While the IT industry is moving at lightning speed, it has been surprising to see how quickly technology changes and new trends emerge. This means that candidates need to stay on top of the latest developments in the field and be willing to continuously learn and adapt. If you’re looking to break into the IT industry, make sure you’re keeping up with the latest trends and technologies.

The role of networking:

Networking has always been important in any industry, but it’s been especially surprising to see how much of a role it plays in IT recruitment. Having a strong network of contacts in the industry can open up new opportunities and help you get your foot in the door. If you’re looking to break into the IT industry, make sure you’re building relationships and expanding your network.
