The client was looking to hire a Ruby-on-Rails developer to work in their offices in Shrewsbury town centre. The two other companies in Shropshire who use Ruby extensively were named as “off-limits” for headhunting purposes.

The Solution

A national advertising campaign was planned and executed to market the business, role and opportunity to Ruby-on-Rails developers. Utilising extensive social media and targeted SEO and PPC campaigns.

The Result

Call it lucky, but we received an application from a Ruby Developer who lived in the Bath, had recently decided to move to live in Shrewsbury and happened to be looking for a local job opportunity and dropped onto the job posting on our website via a Greenfield Facebook post that popped up on his feed.
