When I started at Greenfield IT Recruitment nearly a year ago now I really wanted to make a lasting impression on the senior members of the team with the view to hit the ground running. I can still remember my first couple of weeks and how nervous I was, but looking back I have no idea why!
Being a Recruiter I hope my experience and interactions with candidates will enable me to help others in my network. Starting a new job is just the beginning of what can be a long and fulfilling career. While making a good impression on your first day is important, it’s equally crucial to continue making a positive impact over the first few weeks and months.

- Seek Feedback: Ask for feedback from your manager and co-workers on a regular basis to ensure you are meeting expectations and continuously improving. This shows that you value their opinions and are open to growth and development.
- Be Adaptable: Be open to change and willing to adapt to new situations and challenges. This shows that you are flexible and capable of handling different tasks and responsibilities.
