Liverpool is what can only be described as a hotspot for the next generation of tech talent.
The city houses several Universities all providing tech-related degrees, in addition to this, the region also has plenty of educational programmes designed to further enhance the pipeline of technology talent such as Agent Academy and InnovateHER.

So, are companies in Liverpool recruiting for IT jobs or are they just producing talent who are having to move on elsewhere to flourish?

As a region, Liverpool is a tech hub whether that be businesses having a satellite office in the region or companies originating in the area from infancy stage. The city has a tech offering with the likes of MSPs providing IT Support/Infrastructure related services.

Liverpool as a city is listed in the top ten places in the UK for tech start-up businesses according to the centre for entrepreneurs.
