Vicky Heard
Managing Director
20 + years of recruitment experience recruiting throughout the UK for a range of companies from start up, SME and larger organisations. Our client base is 80% repeat business which is a percentage I’m very proud of. Greenfield IT specialise in recruiting for Data, Software, IT Project Management & Business Analysis, Cyber Security, Digital Marketing, IT Infrastructure & Support and IT Leadership for permanent, Interim and fractional opportunities.
I believe in first-class customer service, going the extra mile, trust and transparency in all my dealings. I’m very much a people person and enjoy a good chat.
Outside work:
I have a busy family life with 3 teenage daughters. I’m often seen in my Mum taxi ferrying my girls around the area.
When I’m not in my taxi, I enjoy walking my lovely Cockapoo – Trigger in the local countryside and catching up with friends and family.
Lucy Moran
Operations Director
I am the steady hand on the tiller at Greenfield IT. Working behind the scenes to ensure the smooth running of the business. From finance to HR, I’ve got a cap that fits.
I fell into IT Recruitment after graduating. It was my first permanent job in London in the heady 90s and I loved every minute of it! It was also where I met Steve and the rest is history.
Outside Work:
I am the standard-bearer of a Yorkshireman, 2 teenagers and 2 cocker spaniels. A fair-weather runner, an all-weather wine drinker and a wannabe interior designer – currently 6 years into a 10 year renovation project – it will not defeat me!
Steve Moran
Director
I do a bit of everything in IT Recruitment, but I particularly enjoy helping clients mature their cyber security capability by recruiting and placing best in class security professionals in permanent roles or contract assignments.
For me recruitment is all about reputation. If you do a good job for people, they will recommend you. The Greenfield IT business model is based on this principle, so has my whole career in the industry. Work hard, be nice, and try to help people if you can. What goes around eventually comes around. It’s a bit of a cliché but it’s so true.
Outside work:
Away from the office I keep my Dad-Bod in check playing five a side football, riding my mountain bike and walking my dogs. The rest of the time I’m driving my two teenage kids all over the country to various sports matches and trying not to talk shop at home with Lucy!
Paige Bevan
Senior Digital Recruitment Consultant
I’ve been in recruitment for nearly ten years working in both the commercial sector and health care sector but I’m still learning!
I understand that hard work, honesty and happiness provides the best service for both the client and the candidate and it’s always exciting to help with someone’s employment dreams.
Outside work:
I’m a Mum to two little girls, spending most days off in various local soft plays, or kids parties (they have a better social life than me) or cleaning paint and felt-tips off the carpet of the play room!
I’m a keen gym goer and play netball and tennis regularly. I even once earnt a tennis scholarship to the local boys school …

Having spent the last 4 years as a science teacher in Essex and Exeter, I decided it was time to go down a new path and pursue something that has always interested me… Recruitment!
Coming from a science background and with some experience within statistical analysis I naturally gravitated straight towards the data science niche. However, I enjoy learning about all things IT and I am always open to working on new roles within the IT and digital space.
So, if you want to talk about filling a new data science role you have, finding a new job or career in the IT industry or maybe just trade Anchorman quotes. Drop me an email!
Outside Work:
I am a keen explorer and scuba diver, During the summer months I also play and manage a rugby 7’s team ‘The Timberwolves’.
In the colder months I can mainly be found on the sofa watching the Exeter Chiefs or the mighty South Sydney Rabbitohs on the TV with my best mate Otter the chocolate Labrador.
Joe Griffiths
Talent / Marketing Executive
After finishing my apprenticeship, I had a big decision to make, should I stay at the company I did the apprenticeship with or step out of my comfort zone and take my first step towards building a long career. Obviously, I wouldn’t have written this if I’d have chosen the easy option. Plus, from what I’ve found during my first few weeks here at Greenfield I believe I have made the right choice.
Outside Work:
Outside of the work place my life is very repetitive but never the same, I enjoy playing 6 aside with my boys on a Monday and watching ball on the weekends. I enjoy socialising over a drink whether it’s in a pub, bar or club.
