The client was looking to bring in a Test Analyst with a relative niche skillset tailored around the logistics sector. This requirement impacted the pool of candidates we had access too.

The Solution

We conducted PPC and SEO related advertisements selling the business and vacancy. Furthermore, we targeted the appropriate skillsets with content about the company we were representing to increase interest.

The Result

One of the candidates we contacted was a test specialist within the logistics domain and had all the technical skills that you’d obtain in this industry. The candidate was a contractor but due to a change in personal circumstances, resulted in her seeking permanent employment.

The Test Analyst role was extremely local to the candidate, which was what initially caught her attention. The other deciding factor was the salary our client was offering. This provided her with the stability in an industry she knew.
