Case Study 2 – This week Paige Bevan sat down with a Shropshire based full service digital marketing powerhouse who were looking for advice on their resourcing plans for Q2 and Q3 2025.
An influx of client demand has the current team at full capacity with more work in the pipeline. The project manager walked Paige through the project plans and the resource allocation, so she could advise on the prevailing market conditions, salaries and contractor day rates for the resources required.
She then spoke to the business owners about dates to kick off recruitment campaigns and routes to market to ensure the projects remained on plan, fully costed and to ensure the end clients satisfaction.
The recruitment plan included a number of perm hires and a contractor to cover a 3 month peak in demand.
